The promise

Any Kilde product can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. You do not have to explain, and you keep the files you downloaded.

How to ask

Email esau@trykilde.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your order receipt from Polar, and say "refund". That is all. Requests are actioned within one business day (Hong Kong time), usually the same day.

What happens next

• The refund is issued through Polar, the merchant of record, to the card you paid with.
• Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; Polar sends a confirmation when it is issued.
• Any VAT or sales tax collected on the order is refunded with it.

After 14 days

Write anyway. If a pack contained an error that mattered to you, that is a defect on our side regardless of the date, and it will be put right — a corrected edition, and a refund if that is what you want.
