What we collect, and why.

What we collect

• If you buy: Polar, the merchant of record, collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to take the payment. Kilde receives your email address, the product bought and the order identifier — never your card details — in order to deliver the files and updates.
• If you ask for a brief or updates: the email address you type, the pack it relates to, and whether you ticked the box. The box is never pre-ticked.
• If you email us: what you send, kept for as long as the conversation needs it.
• Site analytics: aggregate page-view counts from Vercel's privacy-preserving analytics, with no cookies and no cross-site tracking. The Google Ads conversion tag fires on checkout clicks that arrive from an ad; it is blocked by common ad blockers and we do not depend on it.

What we do with it

Deliver what you bought; send the brief or update you asked for; answer your email. Nothing else. No selling, no sharing with third parties beyond the processors named here, no marketing unless you ticked a box, and every marketing email carries a one-line unsubscribe that is honoured immediately.

Where it lives

Order and customer records are held by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) and card data by Stripe, each under their own privacy terms. The site and its delivery functions run on Vercel. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Kilde operates from Hong Kong; Polar and Vercel process data in the United States and the EU.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold on you at any time by emailing esau@trykilde.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except order records that Polar must keep for tax purposes. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; we would rather hear from you first.

Cookies

trykilde.com sets no cookies of its own. Polar's checkout sets the cookies it needs to complete a payment.
