Built by someone who needed these documents himself.

Kilde makes document-template packs for regulatory deadlines that are actually live. This page says who is behind it, how the packs are made, and what Kilde is not.

Who

Kilde is built and maintained by its founder, a practising attorney admitted to a US state bar, working from Hong Kong. The packs began as internal working documents: the runbooks, registers and letter templates needed to get real compliance work done against real deadlines, without a large firm behind them. They are sold because other small teams have the same deadlines and the same lack of a compliance department.

What Kilde is not. Kilde is not a law firm. Buying a pack does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing on this site or in a pack is legal advice for your situation. The founder's US admission is not an admission in the EU or Hong Kong. When a decision depends on your facts, the packs say so and tell you what to bring to your own counsel.

How to reach a person

Email esau@trykilde.com. Questions before buying, refund requests, corrections to anything on the site: all of it goes to that address and is answered within one business day (Hong Kong time).

Payments, refunds, data

Payments are taken by Polar, the merchant of record, with card processing by Stripe; Kilde never sees your card details. Every product carries a 14-day unconditional refund — see refunds. What Kilde does with the email address you may give it is on the privacy page; the short version is: to deliver what you asked for, and nothing else unless you tick a box.
